Practice History
Welcome to our award-winning practice! Since the 1950s, we have been privileged to provide family dentistry to patients in Lititz, PA and in the surrounding Lancaster County region. Our practice has been blessed to have had 4 compassionate, caring owners who prioritize service to the community alongside high quality dentistry. Dr. Sara Lamichane and Dr. Andy Sieger joined this historic practice in 2024, and took over ownership of the practice from Dr. David Richards. In 2017, Dr. Andy Sieger acquired the office of Dr. John Backof in New Holland, PA (a dental practice since 1931!). Dr. Sara Lamichane joined Dr. Sieger to own and operate the practice in New Holland along with Lititz Springs Dental in Lititz, PA. Both offices continue to maintain the dental health of several of our patients who started with us from the beginning! A true testament to preventative care!
Practice Philosophy
"The philosophy of our practice is simple: Treat patients exactly how you would like to be treated yourself," explains Dr. Sieger. "We place high importance on involving our patients in any decision-making involving their treatment. We strive to do what is in the patients' best interests, being sensitive to their particular concerns. We educate our patients as well, as we encourage them to be well-informed decision-makers. We strive every day to earn our patient's trust and confidence within our practice. This shows in the relationship's we have made with some of our patient's, as we 3 or even 4, generations of families who continue to put their trust in our practice."
